Reason

The Form - Automatic Row Processing (DML) process identifies the row to update or delete through the form's primary key items. If no item of the form region is marked as Primary Key, the process has no key to locate the row, so updates and deletes cannot work.

Mark the item that holds the key (for example P10_CUSTOMER_ID) as Primary Key in its Source settings. Use the ROWID column as primary key item if the table has no primary key.
